House rules
By booking in one of our apartments you agree to our house rules. These say the following:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed under any circumstances.
- Please respect the neighbors.
- Noise pollution is prohibited, especially between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 15 days before arrival and we will refund the full amount. Unfortunately later cancellations are not refundable. If your booking is made less than 15 days before arrival, this booking cannot be canceled.
Check-In: 3 p.m.
Check-Out: 10 a.m.

Please be considerate of other residents at all times.
Quiet hours
Noise is strictly prohibited between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m.
No parties or events
Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted.
No elevator
Please note the building has no elevator — the apartment is on the 2nd floor.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival — we will refund the full amount. Later cancellations are non-refundable. If your booking is made less than 15 days before arrival, it cannot be cancelled.
