Luxury Apartment close to the Danube and city center! Surrounding the flat, you will find many restaurants and bars! For example Ráday-utca is just a 5 minute walk. The flat also has a great public transport connection! The tram 4/6 is 1 minute away. Metro M3 is a 5-minute walk away as well as tram 2. If you like shopping the Corvin Plaza shopping center is just 5 minutes away!

 We are looking forward to welcome you!

The flat is 116 m² big and has two bedrooms, one large living room and a spacious modern kitchen with a dining area. The apartment is very modern and luxury, it includes a washing machine, dishwasher, air-conditioner, whirlpool, hair dryer and flat iron. We gladly offer you free coffee and tea! High speed Internet is available and free of charge. If you are not only here for holidays, there is a working area too. So it´s also a perfect choice for business trips or if you have to do some work even if you are on holiday.

You will have access to the whole flat. In each bedroom, you will find large cupboards so you can store everything. The large bedroom also has a gallery. There is a sofa, which can be converted into a bed as well, if you are more guests. Just ask!

The building has been extensively renovated and is very well located. The apartment is on the second floor and has a typical Budapest-style courtyard where you can also park bicycles. You can park on the street for a fee. If necessary, I can also help organize a parking space in a safe parking garage in the area.

The neighborhood is calm and safe. All the sights are easily reachable during short time, because of the wonderful and central location of the flat. If you want to explore the city. One of the best ways is to use the Tram 2 because the famous American magazine, National Geographic, has collected the world's Top 10 trolley rides. Budapest”s tram no.2 has been awarded with the 7th place, being the best European line on the list.

Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival — full refund guaranteed.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are non-refundable.
If the booking is made less than 15 days before arrival, it cannot be cancelled.

The house has no elevator!

By booking in one of our apartments you agree to our house rules. These say the following:

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed under any circumstances.
  • Please respect the neighbors.
  • Noise pollution is prohibited, especially between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m.
  • Parties and events are not allowed.
